Softball Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Lincoln's offense. They came up short against the Cherokee County Warriors on Friday, falling 9-0. The Golden Bears just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 16-11-1. As for Cherokee County, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 16-1.

Lincoln has already played their next contest, a 13-1 win against Sand Rock on the 5th. As for Cherokee County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 4-2 victory against Hokes Bluff on the 4th.
