Kolbe-Cathedral won the last time they faced Bunnell, and Angel Gomez did his part to make sure it happened again. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bulldogs on Monday with plenty of help from Gomez, who had 22 digs. He has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 34 times he's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Kolbe-Cathedral took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-10, 25-12.
