Volleyball Recap: Bancroft-Rosalie Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Bancroft-Rosalie won the last time they faced West Point-Beemer and things went their way on Saturday too. The Panthers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cadets. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Bailey Murphy paced Bancroft-Rosalie's offense, picking up ten kills. Murphy got some help from Callie Kai and her 18 assists.

Bancroft-Rosalie's victory bumped their record up to 11-16. As for West Point-Beemer, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-17 record this season.

Coincidentally, Bancroft-Rosalie and West Point-Beemer will both be playing Lyons-Decatur Northeast the next time they take the court. The Cadets will head out to face the Cougars at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Panthers will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
