Soccer Game Preview: Chickasha vs. Bethany

The Chickasha Fightin Chicks will challenge the Bethany Bronchos at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Chickasha came into their game last Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 5-1 to Harrah. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Chickasha were already down 3-0.

Meanwhile, Bethany entered their tilt with Harrah on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Bronchos who were credited with the win. Bethany got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Harrah's three.

Chickasha has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Bethany, their victory bumped their record up to 8-6.
