Basketball Recap: East Lawrence Takes a Loss

East Lawrence has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. The matchup between them and the Huntsville Panthers didn't end well, with the East Lawrence Eagles falling 45-30.

East Lawrence's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Huntsville, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-5.

East Lawrence will be home for the holidays to greet Clements at 5:45 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (East Lawrence has won five straight at home, while Clements won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change. As for Huntsville, they will venture away from home to take on Jasper at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Jasper will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Huntsville surely won't give up without a fight.
