Jennings had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They strolled past the Northwest Raiders with points to spare, taking the game 25-7. That 18 point margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

Jennings' win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Northwest, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jennings will take on DeRidder at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northwest, they will challenge Pine Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 53 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
