Basketball Game Preview: Estelline/Hendricks vs. Iroquois/Lake Preston

Estelline/Hendricks and Iroquois/Lake Preston will round out the year against one another at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Estelline/Hendricks is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Deuel just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell to the Cardinals 65-61. The loss was Estelline/Hendricks' first of the season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Iroquois/Lake Preston). They strolled past Oldham-Ramona/R with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 59-42.

The win got Iroquois/Lake Preston back to even at 2-2. As for Estelline/Hendricks, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Estelline/Hendricks didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Iroquois/Lake Preston in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 67-62 victory.
