At the conclusion of the 2019-20 high school basketball season in Georgia, we reached out to coaches in and around the Atlanta metro to get their take on the area's top teams.
It's another perspective to go alongside the MaxPreps computer rankings — where not everyone always agrees with the algorithm's output.
Over 100 coaches responded to our call to identify the Top 10 teams in the region. The number in parenthesis is that particular school's standing in the MaxPreps computer rankings provided for the sake of comparison. Here are the results:
