Football Recap: Central Catholic Find Success + How To Watch

Central Catholic gave up the first points on Friday, but they didn't give up any more after. They won a game that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by the St. Bonaventure Seraphs 15-14. The win almost wasn't to be: the Raiders were down 14-0 in the third quarter.

Central Catholic got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Chase Perino out in front who picked up 93 receiving yards and one touchdown. Perino didn't just play on offense: he also made seven total tackles and defended two passes. Another signal caller making a difference was Kayden McHenry, who threw for 145 yards and one TD.

Although St. Bonaventure took the loss, they still got scores from Tony Dargan and Christian Carmona.

Central Catholic's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for St. Bonaventure, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
