The Stuart W. Cramer Storm will head out on the road to challenge the Huss Huskies at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Stuart W. Cramer comes in on 11 and Huss on three.
On Tuesday, Stuart W. Cramer strolled past Crest with points to spare, taking the game 67-50. Given the Storm's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 42nd, while the Chargers are ranked 347th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Oshauna Holland continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 7-for-12 from beyond the arc and dropping a double-double on 30 points and 12 assists. Her evening made it 22 games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lauren Humphrey, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 12 boards.
Meanwhile, Huss narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past South Point 58-55.
Huss' win came from a few key players Stuart W. Cramer will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Shemiah McCoy, who posted 24 points along with five boards and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 19 or more in the last three games she's played. Jaleila Littlejohn was another key player, putting up 15 points and three steals.
Stuart W. Cramer's victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.4 points per game. As for Huss, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Stuart W. Cramer and Huss are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Stuart W. Cramer hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 60.2 points per game. However, it's not like Huss struggles in that department as they've been averaging 59.7 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
Everything went Stuart W. Cramer's way against Huss when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as Stuart W. Cramer made off with a 69-47 win. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Huss' Brooklyn Swann, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds. Now that she's got a second chance to win this matchup, will Stuart W. Cramer still be able to contain Swann? There's only one way to find out.
