The Henry/Minneapolis North Patriots will be playing at home against the Edison Tommies at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Edison took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Henry/Minneapolis North, who comes in off a win.
Henry/Minneapolis North can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Cristo Rey Jesuit 65-22 on the road. The victory was just what Henry/Minneapolis North needed coming off of a 60-34 defeat in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Edison, who are still winless after their 17th matchup. They took a serious blow against Roosevelt on Tuesday, falling 87-6. Edison has struggled against Roosevelt recently, as their match on Tuesday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Henry/Minneapolis North's win bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Edison, their loss was their ninth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-17.
Things could have been worse for Henry/Minneapolis North, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 55-38 loss to Edison when the teams last played back in February of 2018. Can Henry/Minneapolis North avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
