Dora has gone 9-1 against Floyd recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Coyotes are taking a road trip to challenge the Broncos at 3:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Dora and 22 for Floyd dating back to last season.

Dora lost 15-5 to Elida on Friday.

Dora saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Roddy Neal, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI. Isaac Jasso was another, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

Meanwhile, Floyd came up short against Gateway Christian on Friday, falling 20-4.

Archer Knox made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season.

Floyd's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Dora, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.

Floyd's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Dora has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 8.8 hits per game. It's a different story for Floyd, though, as they've been averaging 18.3 hits. Given Dora's sizable advantage in that area, the Broncos will need to find a way to close that gap.

Dora was able to grind out a solid victory over Floyd when the teams last played last Friday, winning 14-11. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Coyotes since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
