Basketball Recap: Fulton Comes Up Short

Fulton came up into this matchup off a tough 37-point loss last Monday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Blair Oaks Falcons by a score of 47-45 on Wednesday. The Hornets haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Fulton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Blair Oaks, they moved to 6-11 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Fulton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 57-50 victory against Hallsville on the 31st. Blair Oaks has also already played their next matchup, a 59-48 win against Marshall on the 1st.
