Baseball Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

Skyline lost against Red Mountain on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Coyotes came up short against the Mountain Lions, falling 12-1. The Coyotes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Skyline saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julian Otero, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Red Mountain, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season.

Skyline wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Chandler on the 12th. As for Red Mountain, they have also already played their next game, a 7-0 win against Mountain View on the 14th.
