Soccer Recap: Marcellus Takes a Loss

Marcellus was the 1-0 winner over Hartford when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell just short of the Huskies by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. That's two games in a row now that Marcellus have lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for Marcellus and nudges their season record down to 5-3-1. As for Hartford, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Marcellus will take on Watervliet at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hartford, they will face off against Parchment at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday.
