Soccer Game Preview: Jackson vs. Booker T. Washington

The Jackson Generals will head out on the road to square off against the Booker T. Washington Tornadoes at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Jackson's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last four matchups.

Jackson's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They blew past Westland Hialeah 8-0. Jackson have beaten Westland Hialeah the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Westland Hialeah has come to flipping the script.

Booker T. Washington played against North Miami on Tuesday and won via forfeit.

Jackson's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Booker T. Washington, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Jackson skirted past Booker T. Washington 1-0 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Generals since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
