Football Game Preview: Sequoyah vs. Keys

On Friday Sequoyah take on Keys at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close match.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 7-42, which was the final score in Sequoyah's tilt against Locust Grove last Friday. Sequoyah were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-28.

Meanwhile, Keys were the first on the board but had to settle for second at the end of their match against Roland. Keys didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 14-19 to Roland. The contest was a 7-7 toss-up at halftime, but Keys were outplayed the rest of the way.

With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
