Volleyball Game Preview: Omaha North Vikings vs. Buena Vista Bison

The Omaha North Vikings will challenge the Buena Vista Bison at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Omaha North and 16 for Buena Vista.

On Thursday, Omaha North didn't have quite enough to beat Crete and fell 2-1.

Omaha North started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-12, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Buena Vista came up short against Benson on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Buena Vista took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15, 25-21.

Buena Vista's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Omaha North, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-19.

Omaha North was able to grind out a solid win over Buena Vista in their previous meeting back in September, winning 2-0. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Bison have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
