Recap: Torres Toros vs. Fresno Warriors
The Torres Toros won the last time they faced the Fresno Warriors, and things went their way on Friday too. Torres simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Fresno 63-20 on the road. The result was nothing new for Torres, who have now won six contests by 21 points or more so far this season.
Torres has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Fresno, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Torres will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Madera South at 7:30 p.m. on October 27th. Madera South comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Fresno, they will head out on the road to face off against Roosevelt at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Roosevelt knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past three matchups -- so hopefully Fresno likes a good challenge.
