Volleyball Recap: Corinth Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Corinth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the South Pontotoc Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-10, 25-9.

Corinth's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for South Pontotoc, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-15-2.

Coming up, Corinth will challenge Ingomar at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for South Pontotoc, they will take on Tishomingo County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
