Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Eden Prairie Eagles. The Jaguars were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Eden Prairie, their victory bumped their record up to 6-10.

Jefferson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Northfield on the 20th. As for Eden Prairie, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Minneapolis Southwest at 7:00 p.m.
