Volleyball Recap: Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Takes a Loss

Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North lost against Rowe back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Raiders came up short against the Warriors, falling 3-0. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-13, 25-8.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rowe to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sarai Cano, who had 18 digs and four assists. Those 18 digs gave Cano a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Isabella Munoz, who had 13 assists and seven digs.

Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Rowe, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North will head out to square off against Mission Veterans Memorial at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Rowe, they will venture away from home to face off against Mission on Thursday.
