Basketball Recap: East Grand Comes Up Short

East Grand was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 41-33 to the Van Buren Crusaders. The Vikings were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Crusaders earlier this season, when they won 42-39.

East Grand's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Van Buren, they moved to 1-17 with that victory, which also ended their 19-game losing streak.

East Grand does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Van Buren, they are taking a road trip to challenge Wisdom at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
