Volleyball Recap: North Plainfield Comes Up Short

North Plainfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Perth Amboy Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Canucks of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

North Plainfield's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Plainfield is headed away from home for the first time to take on Millburn at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Perth Amboy, they will challenge Kennedy Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
