Midland has gone a perfect 10-0 against Bradford recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Mustangs will challenge the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. Midland knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Bradford likes a good challenge.
On Monday, Midland made easy work of Concord and carried off a 14-1 win. Considering the Mustangs have won nine matchups by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Cody Hart, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, two RBI, and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2025. Gunner Buie was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run and three runs.
Meanwhile, Bradford hadn't done well against Nemo Vista recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Eagles came out on top against the Red Hawks by a score of 10-5. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won four games in a row.
Bradford let Micah Dunn and Ben Whitener run wild. Dunn went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and one double, while Whitener went a perfect 4-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. Bradford is undefeated when Whitener posts two or more runs, but 5-6 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Keaton Berry, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Midland's record is now 10-8. As for Bradford, their record now sits at 9-6.
Everything went Midland's way against Bradford when the teams last played back in March, as Midland made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
