Liberty County has gone 6-0 against Groves recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Liberty County Panthers will be playing at home against the Groves Rebels at 5:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Liberty County turned things around against Southeast Bulloch on Tuesday. They blew past the Yellow Jackets, posting a 63-11 win. The game marked the Panthers' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Meanwhile, Groves had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They pulled ahead with a 43-42 photo finish over the Blue Tide.

Groves' win came from a few key players Liberty County will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Aniyah Wright, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ken'Nya Savage, who put up ten points.

Liberty County's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Groves, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-6 record this season.
