Volleyball Recap: South Dearborn Knights vs. Batesville Bulldogs

South Dearborn lost against Batesville back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Knights took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

South Dearborn started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-9, 25-13, 25-20.

Their offense was headlined by Kelsey Clyde and Carli Walter, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Ava Brandt and her 17 assists. Clyde was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.
