Big Game from Howard As Walnut Grove Fell 20-17

Starting off the list is Walnut Grove's Emadd Howard, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Howard rushed for 260 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.4 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run.

Eastside pushed their record up to 8-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Shaw and Eastside will venture away from home to challenge Cedar Shoals at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
