Football Recap: Bolton Academy Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Bolton Academy's offense. They fell just short of the Lake Arthur Tigers by a score of 2-0 on Friday. The Bears lost against the Tigers in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 68-0 score last time.

Bolton Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lake Arthur, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bolton Academy will face off against LaGrange at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lake Arthur, they will challenge Oakdale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
