Softball Recap: Gull Lake Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Gull Lake's offense. They came up short against the Kalamazoo Christian Comets on Tuesday, falling 10-0. That's two games in a row now that the Blue Devils have lost by exactly ten runs.

Gull Lake has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-16-2 record this season. As for Kalamazoo Christian, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gull Lake will venture away from home to face off against Otsego at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Kalamazoo Christian, they will head out to challenge Galesburg-Augusta at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Comets are facing the Rams at the right time seeing as the Rams are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
