Basketball Recap: New Town Takes a Loss

New Town was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. The game between them and the Killdeer Cowboys didn't end well, with the New Town Eagles falling 60-42. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

New Town's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Killdeer, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-1.

New Town will square off against Nedrose at 7:15 p.m. on January 23rd. As for Killdeer, they will challenge Des Lacs-Burlington at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
