McGehee and Dumas are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Owls will face off against the Bobcats at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for McGehee and nine for Dumas dating back to last season.

McGehee managed to slip by Crossett the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Owls came up short against the Eagles on Thursday, falling 20-10.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Dumas took on Rison on Tuesday. The Bobcats lost 19-4 to the Wildcats.

McGehee's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Dumas, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

McGehee took their win against Dumas in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 14-1 score. Do the Owls have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bobcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
