Softball Recap: Curtis Takes a Loss

Curtis fell victim to St. Joseph Hill Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Sunday. They came up short against the Hilltoppers, falling 7-0. Having soared to a lofty 20 runs in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Curtis dropped their record down to 5-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for St. Joseph Hill Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-5.

Looking ahead, Curtis will square off against Port Richmond at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Joseph Hill Academy, they will be playing at home against St. Joseph-by-the-Sea at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
