Volleyball Game Preview: Schoharie Storm vs. Loudonville Christian Eagles

The Schoharie Storm will take on the Loudonville Christian Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Schoharie will be strutting in after a victory while Loudonville Christian will be coming in after a defeat.

Schoharie took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Mayfield as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Schoharie took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-13, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Loudonville Christian lost 3-0 to Fonda-Fultonville on Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-19, 25-12.

Schoharie's victory bumped their record up to 18-8-1. As for Loudonville Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15.

Schoharie beat Loudonville Christian 3-1 when the teams last played back in September of 2023. Do the Storm have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
