Berks Catholic barely beat Tulpehocken the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Berks Catholic blew past Tulpehocken 9-1 on Wednesday. The Saints haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Mikey Fidler was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Harter, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Berks Catholic hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Tulpehocken struck out nine times.

Berks Catholic now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Tulpehocken, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Berks Catholic will face off against Fleetwood at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Fleetwood's pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so Berks Catholic's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Tulpehocken, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Pine Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
