Football Game Preview: Notre Dame Academy Tritons vs. Rice Lake Warriors + Official Tickets

The Notre Dame Academy Tritons will be playing at home against the Rice Lake Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Notre Dame Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last ten games.

Notre Dame Academy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They took down Slinger 56-42. The score was all tied up 21-21 at the break, but the Tritons were the better team in the second half.

The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Kingston Allen and Kobe Hendricks. Allen had a great game and rushed for 504 yards and seven scores while picking up 11.5 yards per carry. Meanwhile, Hendricks was balling out in the loss, rushing for 256 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 15.1 yards per carry, and also picking up 98 receiving yards and one TD.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rice Lake). They strolled past Wauwatosa East with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 51-34. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 29th, while the Red Raiders are ranked 145th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Rice Lake, bringing their record up to 10-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.8 points over those games. As for Notre Dame Academy, their record now sits at 11-0.
