Volleyball Game Preview: New Lexington Panthers vs. Pleasant Spartans

After both having extra time off, the New Lexington Panthers and the Pleasant Spartans will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with New Lexington sitting on 12 straight wins and Pleasant on six.

New Lexington is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They came out on top against Adena by a score of 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-12, 16-25, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Pleasant got the win against Huron on Saturday by a conclusive 3-0.

While Pleasant won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 25-23.

New Lexington better keep an eye on Kamryn Roberts. She was instrumental in Pleasant's win, getting 19 digs and seven assists. Roberts is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 24 games she's played.

New Lexington's record is now 25-2. As for Pleasant, their record now sits at 26-1.
