Leadership Academy piles up the points against Triad Math and Science Academy

In what's become a running theme this season, the Leadership Academy Falcons gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 63-21 victory over Triad Math and Science Academy. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Leadership Academy also won the last time the pair played back in January.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Leadership Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caden Ryker, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds. Ryker is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Landon Burleyson, who scored 18 points.

Leadership Academy's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-10. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.8 points per game. As for Triad Math and Science Academy, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season.

Leadership Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Carver at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in North Carolina (Carver is ranked 507th, while Leadership Academy is ranked 524th). As for Triad Math and Science Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge Piedmont Classical at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Piedmont Classical will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Triad Math and Science Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
