Lake Orion got themselves on the board against Oxford on Monday, but Oxford never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Dragons, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

Lake Orion pushed their record up to 13-7-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Oxford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-13-1 record this season.

Lake Orion will take on Marian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Dragons are facing the Mustangs at the right time seeing as the Mustangs are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Oxford, they have already played their next contest, a 5-3 defeat against Clarkston on the 20th.
