Ben Davis proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by 12) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the North Central Panthers 4-2. That's more bragging rights for the Giants, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Brooklynn Chambers spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on three hits and racked up seven Ks.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Ashlynn Chambers, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base and one run. Mariana Lopez was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.
