Basketball Recap: Wayside: Sci-Tech Comes Up Short on the Road Against Valor South Austin

Wayside: Sci-Tech kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They had to suffer through a 58-6 loss at the hands of the Valor South Austin Falcons. The Ravens just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row dating back to last season.

Valor South Austin has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wayside: Sci-Tech will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Valor South Austin at 6:45 p.m. on January 24, 2025. As for Valor South Austin, they will be home for the holidays to greet IDEA Montopolis at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Valor South Austin will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
