Volleyball Recap: Renaissance Academy Takes a Loss

Renaissance Academy was the 3-1 winner over Collegium Charter when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Knights lost 3-0 to the Cougar on Tuesday. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Renaissance Academy may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored zero points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Renaissance Academy now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Collegium Charter, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Renaissance Academy will face off against rival Plumstead Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Collegium Charter is set to challenge their familiar foe MAST Community Charter at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
