Volleyball Game Preview: Ygnacio Valley Wolves vs. Concord Bears

Ygnacio Valley is 0-5 against Concord since March of 2023 but things could change on Tuesday. Ygnacio Valley will head out on the road to take on Concord at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Ygnacio Valley is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 22nd straight game dating back to last season on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Richmond.

Ygnacio Valley took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Concord came up short against Berean Christian on Thursday and fell 3-1. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Concord started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-13, 25-19, 25-22.

Concord's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Ygnacio Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
