The Coopersville Broncos will take on the East Grand Rapids Pioneers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Coopersville is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They claimed a resounding 42-7 victory over Kenowa Hills. The Broncos might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, East Grand Rapids came tearing into Friday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.8 points), and they left with even more momentum. They skirted past the Red Hawks 23-21.

Coopersville better keep an eye on Josh McCune. He was instrumental in East Grand Rapids' win, rushing for 119 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while also throwing for 165 yards and one TD while completing 72.2% of his passes. 87 of McCune's passing yards were hauled in by Dylan Buck.

The win got Coopersville back to even at 5-5. As for East Grand Rapids, their record is now 8-2.
