Soccer Recap: Heritage Christian Comes Up Short

Heritage Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Maranatha Minutemen. One thing that didn't help the Warriors' chances was the red card they were dealt courtesy of Anton Masropian.

Heritage Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9-3. As for Maranatha, their win bumped their record up to 8-11-4.

Heritage Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Village Christian at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Village Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season. Maranatha does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
