Baseball Recap: Fayette Academy Comes Up Short

Fayette Academy came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 9-2 to the Tipton-Rosemark Academy Rebels. The Vikings have struggled against the Rebels recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Jordan Walker was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-4 with one home run.

Fayette Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Tipton-Rosemark Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Fayette Academy nor Tipton-Rosemark Academy have any future games scheduled.
