Basketball Game Preview: Leo Lions vs. Westview Warriors

The Leo Lions will challenge the Westview Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Leo knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Westview likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Leo came up short against New Haven and fell 75-65. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (56), the Lions still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Westview didn't have too much trouble with Churubusco on Friday as they won 52-33. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 159th, while the Eagles are ranked 358th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Leo's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Westview, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.
