Volleyball Recap: St. John Comes Up Short

St. John was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] Bearcats, falling 3-0. The Woodchucks were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bearcats from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.

St. John's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather], their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, St. John and Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather], they will challenge Dunseith at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
