Basketball Recap: Howell Takes a Loss

Howell was the 42-36 winner over Hartland when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Howell Highlanders fell 43-33 to the Hartland Eagles on Friday. The matchup marked the Highlanders' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Howell's loss dropped their record down to 17-7. As for Hartland, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

Howell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hartland, they will be taking part in a tournament against South Lyon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with South Lyon sitting on five straight victories and Hartland on four.
