Baseball Recap: Pinkerton Picks Up Sixth Consecutive Win

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Pinkerton ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They skirted past the Portsmouth Clippers 10-9. With that win, the Astros brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

Matthew Hanna was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Hanna was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.
